The first release of open market and affordable homes at this 238 home development sold quickly, with more homes available for sale later this year.


Atlas Quarter : 109 apartments and terrace homes. This inner city location at 36 Welles Street, offers great access to existing facilities around Colombo and Manchester Streets and includes onsite parking, a shared courtyard, a café and retail shops. The apartment buildings have now “topped out” and have moved to fit-out stage, ready for sale from autumn 2017.


350 Colombo: More than 70 homes will be built on the site of the former Sydenham School. This project will include a mix of two and three level terrace homes, apartments and ground level retail space along Colombo Street. On sale from late 2017.

Faringdon: All 23 stand-alone, three and four bedroom homes have already sold at this location. A further release of 2 bedroom homes are expected for sale from mid-2017.

FUTURE DEVELOPMENTS:


East Frame: More than 900 new homes across 3 unique precincts, built around the third largest park in central Christchurch. East Frame will include a mix of terrace homes and apartment living. On sale from late 2017.


Longhurst: Planning is underway for our first homes in this development, which will be available for sale later in 2017.
